1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Organizer HQ, including our website and mobile applications (together, the “service”), operated by Commonwealth Technologies LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that any registration information you provide is accurate.

3. Use of Service

You may use Organizer HQ only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. User Content and Data About Others

You retain ownership of any data you submit to the platform. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide and improve the service.

The service allows organizations to record information about people they contact while organizing, such as canvassing contacts and petition signers. Your organization is responsible for ensuring that this information is collected lawfully and used in compliance with all applicable laws, including election, petition, privacy, and telemarketing laws in your jurisdiction.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed to your organization through our payment processor, Stripe. Plans include a free trial period as described at sign-up. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to misuse the service, including but not limited to: interfering with its operation, attempting unauthorized access, scraping or harvesting data you are not authorized to access, or using it to harass or harm others.

7. Termination

You may stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if you violate these terms or use the service in a way that creates risk or harm to us or to others. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will survive.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Commonwealth Technologies LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

Organizer HQ sends transactional SMS messages: one-time passcodes for registration, sign-in, and phone number verification, and one-time workspace invitations. You consent to receive these messages by providing your phone number during registration or sign-in, or by providing it to your organization for the purpose of being invited. Message frequency varies based on your use of the service. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or reply HELP or contact [email protected] for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
